Description

• Preparing and updating project schedules and progress reports, in liaison with other project organization positions, and with reference to the Contractor and overall site work progress, notifying any deviations to the Operations Director and the positions concerned;Β 

• Recording and controlling direct and indirect costs based on the initial cost estimate, and reporting current deviations and deviations to complete to the Operations Director, so that appropriate corrective actions can be identified and implemented;Β 

• Assisting the Operations Director in the assessment of project-related risks, implementing risk and opportunity and knowledge management methodology and tools;

• Ensuring consolidation of the risk and opportunity estimates within the financial data for the project;

• Participating in the definition of economic and schedule amendments to contracts;

• Preparing the periodic reports, aiding the Operations Director in relations with the Client, such as forecasts, Project Status Reports (PSR), a periodic report on progress and cost control for site activities, etc.;

• Ensuring the document control activities, analyzing, organizing and supporting the document management activities for the project;Β 

• Supporting the Operations Director in the preparation of the Project Close-Out Report.

• Prepare monthly vessel movement report for the monitoring of the vessel activities daily and register all downtime, consumptions and vessel related issues relating to the project promptly to the Operations Director and management.Β 

• Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work.Β 

• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required.

QUALIFICATION/COMPETENCE REQUIREMENT:

• Ability to develop and maintain detailed schedules, ensure adherence to quality standards and maintain policies and procedures.

• Strong cost reporting skills and techniques.

• Experience in the identification, monitoring and reporting of project risks.

• Ability to develop and update schedules, create reports and provide analysis.

• Experience working with project management plans (PMP) and plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E)
