Chief M. A Olorunfemi is a seasoned technocrat, a role model and reference point for integrity in business and leadership in Nigeria. He is a graduate of University of Ibadan and holds a Masters degree from the London School of Economics.
He was a former Group Executive Director in The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and was in charge of National Petroleum Investment Management Services (NAPIMS) the arm that is responsible for overseeing the Nigerian Upstream Sector.

Ayo Ajayi graduated from University of Ibadan with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology after which he obtained a Masters degree in Information Science from the sBsc., M.inf.Sc., MBA, MRMame University. He worked with CSS Limited as the Business Development Manager from where he joined Zenith Bank Plc. At CSS he spear-headed the first e-commerce platform in in Nigeria in partnership with Linkserve and some local banks.
He was a key member of the team that spearheaded several value-added e-business products at Zenith Bank Nigeria. Among other achievements, he was involved in several landmark transactions such as the $2.1bn syndication for Obajana Cement. He also led the development of key distributorship products for major manufacturers like the Dangote Group, British American Tobacco, and Flour Mills of Nigeria at both Zenith and FCMB.
He attained the position of Assistant Vice President at First City Monument Bank (FCMB) Plc prior to attending the prestigious Aston Business School, Birmingham, UK, where he earned a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA), specializing in Strategic Management.
One of Ayo’s key skills is Relationship/Sales Management. He is good at providing dedicated personalised service that is tailored around each client’s needs, goals and objectives. As a banker, he made day to day banking simple, fair and personal for all the clients on his portfolio, with a can-do attitude to problem solving.
Besides his role as a trainer, a coach and a business consultant, Ayo is also a head-hunter. He is passionate about his clients’ career growth and fulfilment. His background makes him knowledgeable about people, skills, personalities and character traits that may be required for different job roles.
Ayo is widely travelled and has attended courses and conferences locally & internationally in Britain, France and parts of Africa. He is a Fellow of Institute of Sales Management in the UK (FISM), a Paul Harris Fellow and member of Rotary International. Ayo is also a member of the Association of Masters in Business Administration (AMBA), International Business Consulting (IBC), Chartered Management Institute (CMI), Nigeria Economic Summit Group, Learning and Development Network, Institute of Capital Market Analyst, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Rotary International and Ikoyi Club 1938.

Steve Olayinka is a seasoned management expert with over 20 years of professional experience across general management, sales, and people development in both the service and manufacturing sectors. Until recently, he served as the General Manager, Human Capital at Seven Up Bottling Company Plc.
An accomplished trainer and consultant, Steve has facilitated numerous training programs in organizational development, sales and marketing, operational excellence, communication, change management, creativity, and professional effectiveness. He regularly delivers sessions for prestigious institutions such as CIBN, ICAN, FITC, and MAN.
Steve holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Psychology from the University of Ibadan and a first degree in Banking and Finance. He is a member of CIPM, a Fellow of NITAD and IPDM, and the author of Make My Day and Tale of a Blacksmith. He is currently the CEO of Fuller Yield Ventures, a management consultancy firm.

Oladipo Yusuff is a distinguished finance leader and seasoned accountant with over 15 years of progressive experience steering financial operations within some of Nigeria’s most formidable commercial landscapes, including the Dangote Group and the high-stakes telecommunications sector. Until recently, he served as the Head of Treasury for Prime Infrastructure and Engineering Services, where he orchestrated complex liquidity management and capital structuring strategies for multi-billion-naira projects.
An advocate for operational excellence, Yusuf is a Certified SAP professional and a proud member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, where he honed the analytical rigor that defines his career. Currently, as the Head of Finance at Trusted Edge Consult Group, he leverages his deep expertise in financial strategy and corporate governance to drive sustainable growth and fiscal resilience for the organization.
